Kalecolor, the color of art

Kalecolor continues its support for art. Kalecolor painting the tulips, the symbol of Istanbul in the Istanbul Design Week where original designs were exhibited, also adds color to the 10th International Istanbul Biennial!

The paint company Kalecolor differing with its contributions to art, takes part with its IS7ANBUL paints in the Istanbul Design Week which is to be held on the Galata Bridge between September 4th and September 7th. Kalecolor paints the tulips, the symbol of Istanbul with IS7ANBUL paints.

Bringing together the Production companies, initiative leaders, young skills, professionals and design addicts in Galata Bridge, Istanbul Design Week is followed from all around the world as an international event. Painting the tulips, the symbol of Istanbul with IS7ANBUL paints, Kalecolor participates in the Istanbul Design Week where the created original values meet the design world. Kalecolor who will share these special tulips with the visitors at its stand U39 located on the bridge continues its works with a full speed on the path of supporting the art.

The color of Biennial

The 10th International Istanbul Biennial which is going to be held by the Istanbul Culture Association between September 8th and November 4th,2007 has again been colored by Kalecolor. Kalecolor, the paint sponsor of the Biennial, painted the exhibition places with its specialist staff, the Familiar Service. Some stores within the Istanbul Drapers Bazaar and the formed designs were enlivened with the modern colors of Kalia, the new product series of Kalecolor within the hygienic paint category. An area of 6.000 square meter in the warehouse, certain stores in the Istanbul Drapers Bazaar and the prepared stands have been painted with the matt white, grey and black paints as well as the colors blue, yellow and red which were selected from among the swatch card of Kalecolor Kalia by the curator Hou Hanru.

Yasemin Kurtçu Meşe, the Product and Brand Manager of Kalecolor expressed that they are happy to have been involved in the Istanbul Drapers Bazaar and in the 10th International Istanbul Biennial and said “We feel honored to have given support to this great art organization with our own colors”. Meşe also added that they will continue such art events in the upcoming periods.
