Product Definition
Acrylic emulsion based, water resistant, long lasting court paint.
Application Areas
> Applicable for all mineral based court surfaces

Application Data:
Application Temperature Range: +5°C / +35°C
Drying Time: Recoatable after 6 hours and thoroughly dry after 24 hours.
Lower temperatures and/or higher relative humidity will lengthen the drying process.
Consumption: Depending on the evenness and the porosity of the surface approximately 0.200 It./m2 per coat
Application Tools: Brush, Roller, Airless spraying equipment.

Application Instructions
> The substrate must be cleaned from dust, dirt, oil and old blistered coatings that may prevent good adhesion. The surface should be made sound, clean and dry. New cementitous substrates must be cured at least 28 days before application.
> Sand old synthetic based painted surfaces thoroughly and remove the occurring powder. Paint application is recommended after cement based flap is applied on bitumen based asphalt surfaces.
> Application surfaces should be primed by Kalecolor S‹LASTAR.
> Before application KALECOLOR SPORTLINE should be mixed thoroughly.
> After thoroughly mixing thin KALECOLOR SPORTLINE with clean water up to a maximum of 10% by volume and apply in two coats by using a brush, roller or spray system.
> Wait for a minimum of 6 hours before applying the final coat.
> Clean the application tools with water right after usage.
> Ensure that the air and surface temperatures are above +5° C during the application and 24 hours following the application
> Do not apply in extremely hot weather, under glaring sun, during strong wind, fog, high relative humidity and imminent rain or frost.
> Dampen the hot surfaces before the application.

> S24/25 Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
> S37 Wear suitable protective gloves.
> S46 lf swallowed, seek medical advice.
Storage
> Store between 5 - 35° C in its unopened pail.
